From the outstanding 2010 vintage and scoring 92/100 Parker points, "The 2010 Gigondas Tradition Les Grands Montmirail (70% Grenache and the rest equal parts Mourvedre, Cinsault and Syrah) comes from south-facing vines planted in limestone soils, hence the wine’s super-ripeness. Its dense purple color is followed by notes of pen ink, incense, camphor, graphite and loads of blackberry and cassis fruit.
