How long does the subscription last?
We do not hold your credit card details and the gift lapses after 12 months. You may renew it after this period.

Are there any other charges?
No, the cost you pay covers all packing and courier charges.

Are all the bottles shipped vintage wine?
We only sell vintage wines.

How are the additional bottles delivered?
They are all shipped in protective polystyrene boxes.

Will the additional bottles contain tasting notes?
Yes, all the bottles we ship come with detailed tasting notes.

Will you ship the same bottle twice?
No, all the bottles shipped will be different and will be from several different countries and made from different grapes.

Can the recipient order more bottles?
We will hold additional stocks of the wines that we send, but cannot guarantee availability.

Are all the bottles full size?
Yes all the bottles shipped are full 75cl bottles.

Can I buy this gift for someone outside the UK?
Our prices only apply to UK mainland addresses, but we are delighted to ship to any worldwide address. Simply call 020 8746 7771 for a quote.

This product is in stock and available for immediate delivery. We use APC Couriers to deliver your wine gifts in the UK. A signature from someone over 18 is needed for proof of age as this is a licensed product. We cannot leave goods in a safe place for proof of age as this is a licensed product. We offer a next day delivery service costing £8.99 per order. Orders must be received by 1620 to go out on this service. We also offer a Saturday before noon service costing £39.99 and an all day Saturday service costing £13.99. We do not ship out orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders over £90 that do not require next day delivery, will be shipped free of charge within five working days or on any date of your choice. Orders under £89.96 will incur a £6.99 delivery charge. We can ship same day to areas in Greater London and the South of England. Please phone 020 8746 7771 for a quote. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday 0800 - 16:00, excluding bank holidays and on Saturdays. Please enter a delivery address that will have someone available to receive the gift between these times. You will receive an e mail confirming that the order has been shipped and another when the order has been received stating when it was delivered and who signed for it.

International Deliveries We can send overseas and the price (normally £24.99 per bottle) varies depending on the destination. Taxes and Duties are payable when we export bottles. If you ship the wines as a gift you will be emailed as to whether you wish to pay the taxes or the recipient is to pay the taxes. When you go through the checkout you will be asked for the delivery country and it will then update the shipping charges. We ship all international orders in polystyrene containers. We cannot by law ship alcohol to certain countries. Shipping charges vary and we will make an additional charge if more than one bottle is shipped. Please call 020 8746 7771 for further details. )

It is unfortunately not possible to deliver on a next day service to the following postcodes: IV, KW, AB, PA40, PH26+ and Scottish Islands, BT postcodes and Ireland.

We are the largest online retailer of vintage wine gifts by treating you, our customer, as we would like to be treated when we shop online. We have a phone number (020 8746 7771) where you can talk to someone based in the UK about any of our wines or any issues you have. We promise that you cannot buy our wines cheaper anywhere else and offer a money back guarantee.

What is your refund policy? If, having received your wine, you wish to cancel the purchase, simply return the wine in its original condition and original packaging to our cellars within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the wine and delivery charges. Vintagewinegifts.co.uk does not cover the cost of you returning the item.

What is your returns policy? Should the wine be corked it must be returned to our cellars, in the original packaging and original condition within one year from the date of purchase for a replacement. Should the particular wine not be available another wine of no lesser price/quality may be substituted. We will only replace the original corked bottle and not any subsequent bottle that may also be corked. If the replacement bottle is to be shipped outside the UK a new delivery charge is payable. Our corkage policy does not apply to trade sales and for customers connected with the wine trade.
